AAA and Parents magazine have
honored the Accord Sedan by naming it to
their prestigious list of the best family cars on the road
today. Criteria included such factors as safety and fuel
economy. The reviewers also tested a variety of child-safety
seats to make sure that they could be installed easily and
securely. The 15 vehicles that were named on the list were
among the top performers in crash tests conducted by the
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and
the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
