selling a smaller, less expensive model below the current

Honda made the surprise announcement that it would begin
selling a hybrid version of its best-selling Accord sedan
this fall. Similar in design to the system used in the
Civic and Insight hybrids, the Accord's hybrid drivetrain
will be the first Honda to incorporate a V6 into its
hybrid drive system. Honda claims that not only will
the Accord Hybrid get exceptional mileage, it will perform
as good or better than the standard Accord V6.
